Arsenal Shock La Liga Champions With 5 Goals

Arsenal put in an impressive display on the Los Angeles SoFi stadium scene when Kai Havertz scored in a 5-3 pre-season win over La liga’s champions, Barcelona.
Barcelona took the lead twice before half-time at United West Coast, with Robert Lewandowski scoring the opening goal 10 minutes into the opener.
This was canceled out by Bukayo Saka soon after, after a powerful throw-in from Andreas Christensen, before the England winger missed the opportunity to put Arsenal in front before missing the penalty entirely.
Barcelona paid the price when Rafinha deflected a free-kick to Aaron Ramsdal, but just before half-time, Havertz equalized by instinctively finishing Martin Odegaard’s strike.
The streak of goals continued into the first half, although it was quite a frontal one, as Leandro Trossard opened the scoring with a curled shot into the bottom corner to give the Gunners their first pass.
Barcelona were inches away from scoring on a rollercoaster, but Ousmane Dembele had his shot hit the post near Ramsdal. Instead, Trossard’s superb first strike from Kieran Tierney’s deep pass doubled Arsenal’s advantage and created plenty of power for goalkeeper Inaky Pena.
Attacking was again Arsenal’s late savior when he rejected Barcelona’s young left-back Alejandro Balde. But the La Liga champions finally pulled off a fine goal in the second half thanks to a familiar face, as former City winger Ferran Torres fired past Ramsdale.
Determined to get the last laugh, the Gunners completed the scoring with the scoring pick from Fabio Vieira, whose stunning 25-yard field goal was a fitting end to a fun game in Los Angeles.
Mikel Arteta has confirmed that Declan Rice, Aleksandr Zinchenko and Foularin Balogun, the players Inter Milan want this summer, are all absent due to minor injuries.
