Kylian Mbappe Takes Decision As PSG Grant Permission For His To Speak With Saudi Clud

Kylian Mbappe is not interested in meeting representatives of Al Hilal to discuss moving to Saudi Arabia.

PSG allowed Al Hilal to talk to Mbappe after the Saudi club made a world record €300m (£257m) offer for the player on Saturday. Al-Hilal representatives were in Paris this week, but there was no meeting with Mbappe’s team.

Paris Saint-Germain insiders believe Mbappe refuses to speak to Al-Hilal because he has agreed to join Real Madrid as a free agent next summer when his contract expires. Al-Hilal’s offer is subject to an agreement on the payment schedule and depends on the signing of a contract between the clubs and between Mbappe and Al-Hilal.

Paris Saint-Germain believes there are at least five clubs interested in signing Mbappe. Al-Hilal was not the only offer received by the French champions.

There is already a ‘hot market’ for the French captain, with clubs interested including Chelsea, Manchester United, Tottenham, Inter Milan and Barcelona. PSG will listen to every bid and offer to sell Mbappe, and if he is left to the French champions, they just need to sell him to the highest bidder, although other clubs are struggling to come close.

The 24-year-old will not play for PSG if his contract is not renewed. However, Real Madrid may now want to make an official offer for the player to ensure they don’t miss out again.

PSG are determined not to lose Mbappe – who would cost more than £150m to sign from Monaco – for nothing. Interested clubs have been warned that PSG is even ready to loan Mbappe for this season.
